Zynga Acquires Conduit Labs

Zynga has acquired Conduit Labs, a developer that started in popstar based online games back in 2007. The studio will be rebranded to Zynga Boston, its seventh studio.

Conduit Labs CEO Nabeel Hyatt will remain in charge of the Boston unit and take responsibility for integration into the Zynga group of game studios. Zynga also snapped up Uhoh at the start of this month.
