Zeemote This holiday season, the good old Zeemote will finally be sold in the high streets. To celebrate, the company behind the thumbstick will also provide consumers with free mobile games.

The free games promo is created together with Gameloft. Gameloft will provide a promo code with each Zeemote sold. That promocode allows consumers to pick up a free Gameloft game for whatever system they will connect the Zeemote to.

At the same time, Zeemote announced that the support for SonyEricsson has seen massive improvements. The Zeemotes can now be used for pretty much all the functions in the upcoming devices. On the SonyEricsson Aino, it can even be used to control Playstation 3 Remote Play.

“As mobile device features, games and applications become more sophisticated the need for a bluetooth controller to enhance the user experience is being embraced worldwide. The Zeemote V3 Controller enables the user to experience the best in mobile device interaction in a precise and above all comfortable, easy and fun way.  We are thrilled to be able to extend the feature/functionality of the Zeemote V3 to virtually all Sony Ericsson phones and to be able to offer the Zeemote Controller globally with our first class partners,” said Ernie Cormier, CEO & President, Zeemote Inc.
