WinMoDevCamp Kicks Off in Seattle

August 13th, 2009 by Arjan Olsder Posted in Events & Conferences | No Comments »

Microsoft If you are not heading over to GamesCom or the GC next week, Seattle might be the place to be for you if you are into Windows Mobile. On the 19th, there will be a developer booth camp you can join for free!

Don't worry if you think Seattle is too far away. Microsoft will be organizing these events all over the world. With these events, Microsoft hopes to further stimulate developers to submit their games to Windows Marketplace. As a spokesman said to us: “Instead of just opening an app store and releasing an API or SDK, Microsoft is really looking to support and foster the incredible mobile developer community though educational events, contests and support.”

For more information and the free tickets, go to their website.

By the way, if you are going to GamesCom, let us know!
