Windows Phone to launch with 2.000 apps!?

We are only hours away from the Windows Phone 7 launch and already our mailbox is stuffed with rumors. One of them says that Windows Marketplace for WP7 will be launching with 2.000 apps.

All those apps should be available in English, though a number of them would contain multiple languages. The first Windows Phone 7 device would go on sale in the UK on October 21st. The Dutch version of Windows Phone 7 should be ready in 2011 and till that time, Microsoft will be selling UK models on the Dutch market.
