Though it was communicated in time by Microsoft, recently developers started complaining that reporting and payments had not been made available yet. It seems Microsoft has been working extra hard as payments will come one month ahead of schedule.
Next to early payments, Microsoft also opened up their reporting tools to the 18.000 developers that have signed up to the service and have already published nearly 4.000 apps on it. Reports can be accessed from the App Hub.
