Vodafone has announced that it is interested in dumping its 44% ownership in French operator SFR. Vodafone’s shares have an estimated value of about € 8.4 billion
As it looks now, Vivendi is the only interested party for acquiring the shares since Vivendi owns the remainder of the company. Earlier this week, Vodafone also sold its shares in China Mobile and it is also busy to sell its shares in Polkomtel (Poland).
