With a new business unit called Union, Unity Technologies will be entering the publishing arena for digital downloads to mobile phones, TV’s and other connected devices.
Union will allow smaller developers to pitch their products to the big platforms. Union will be the primary point of contact for those platforms and in turn take 20% of the cut. Union will be adding new platforms to the service as they come available.
