Mobile game developers can now also activate Zeemote support for their Android games. Following a successful release of their J2me and BlackBerry SDK’s, the company has now released an Android SDK.

Zeemote Receives “Works with Nokia” Certificate

Good news for the good old Zeemote as the device has been saved from going extinct by Aplix last week. Aplix decided to acquire the company that went into problems earlier this November.

Zeemote, the industry’s only thumbstick peripheral, is closing down or at least offering the business for sale. Though many doubted the success when it started, we didn’t expect it to fail after signing deals with most big handset vendors.

Zeemote has announced that their JS1 bleutooth thumbstick is now available for BlackBerry. With this move, the company hopes to further expand toward 'gaming' business users.

Zeemote Extends Developer Contest
