Windows Phone 7, One Year Later

Microsoft’s Brandon Watson posted some interesting numbers on Windows Phone 7, that turned one year old today. The SDK has been downloaded 1.5 million times and 36.000 developers subscribed to AppHub.

Try Before You Buy Successful on Windows Phone 7

Following our report on the Dutch market yesterday, Microsoft released more metrics on the Windows Phone Marketplace. The total app count is now at 9.000, up 1.000 in about a month.

Three Updates for Symbian in 2011

Microsoft Sold 2 Million Windows Phone 7 Licenses

Microsoft has announced that it has sold 2 million Windows Phone 7 licenses to device vendors. This news follows on the announcement that 1.5 million Windows Phone 7 devices have been sold in the first two months after launch.

LG to Subsidize Windows Phone Apps
