EA Sells Ubisoft Shares

Back in 2004, EA had bought 20% of Ubisoft as shareholder John de Mol needed to raise capital to start a new TV channel in Holland. Now, six years later, EA has decided to sell them on.

HandyGames and AMA Release First Ubisoft Title, Sign of More to Come?

About a month ago, MGB reported that the love between Gameloft and Ubisoft was pretty much over and that Ubisoft was open to discussion when it comes to licensing their IP out to others.

Midway Selling Main Licenses

In order to safe the company from going bankrupt, Midway has chosen to start selling some of it's main brands to the competition. The first license it has sold was Wheelman, next one is Mortal Kombat.
