Apple to Sue MiKanDi Too!?

Following the lawsuit towards Amazon, it seems like Apple will also start chasing MiKanDi, an Android app store. Reason for this is that MiKanDi promotes itself as the first ‘Adult App Store’.

Microsoft Questions ‘App Store’ Trademark

iPhone Trademark Issues in Switzerland

Apple seems to have lost their legal fight to trademark the iPhone in Switzerland. Apple tried to file if for categories 9 (phones) and 28 but the local trademark authority said the name was too generic.

Fujitsu not the Only iPad Trademark Owner

It seems Apple will have a lot more trademark issues with their iPad when they enter Europe. Apart from Fujitso claiming the name in the US, STMicroelectronics claims it in Europe.
