Square Enix Receives Warner’s Blessings for Eidos Acquisition

Last week, we reported that Square Enix is interested in acquiring SCI/Eidos. Today, we can inform you that one of Eidos' biggest shareholders, Time Warner, has given Square Enix the green light for the acquisition.
