Gartner’s Android Predictions for 2012

Gartner has put some research in the future of Android and it seems the OS is here to stay. The company expects that Android will outsell iPhone OS in about two years but might not be able to beat Symbian.

Adobe Extends Flash (Nearly) Everywhere

At their developer conference today, Adobe will be announcing that it's Flash Player will be inserted in a range of mobile browsers. It outlined plans for all devices except iPhone OS (what's new on that?).

Samsung to Open Their App Store next Month

According to the German Financial Times, the love between Nokia and Symbian might be over soon. The vendor would switch to their other open source OS called Maemo.

VDC: Verizon Shows V Cast Plans

Verizon has unveiled their new App Store yesterday. It is called V Cast and will provide developers with a 70% kickback. Though others might give up to 80%, it is still very interesting if you are selling on one of the biggest channels.
