Google Play Adds Support for Czech, Israeli, Polish and Mexican Devs

Starting today, developers in Czech Republic, Israel, Poland and Mexico can sell priced applications and in-app products on Google Play, using their local bank accounts for payments. This move is part of Google’s effort to support more countries and currencies in Google Play.

Temple Run Passes 1 Million Android Downloads

With over 45 million downloads on iOS, the game Temple Run from Imangi Studios has been very successful on iOS. Now, the game is taking charge on Android and yesterday it passed its first million downloads.

RIM Confirms Android Support on Playbook

RIM has confirmed that the new BlackBerry Playbook will be able to run Android apps. RIM will deliver two ‘app players’ with the playbook that should make sure the apps run on the tablet.

Verizon Adds Android Support to V Cast

Android Market Expands to Korea

Orange & O2 Announce iPad Support

First iPhone Reaches ‘End of Life’

During the introduction of iPhone OS 4.0, Steve Jobs already announced that 4.0 would not be fully backward compatible. As so, the 3G models would not receive multitasking support.
