Financials: Gameloft Q1 2010

Gameloft has posted their quarterly financials for the first quarter of 2010. Revenues went up 7% and even though Gameloft has put a lot of efforts in increasing their revenues from Apple, iPhone OS brought in only 21% of the revenues.

Apple Sets iPhone Sales Record

Yesterday, Apple revealed their earnings for their fourth quarter of 2009. The company turned over $9.87 billion in revenues and sold a record number of iPhones during the quarter.

Vodafone to Release an App Store Too

It seems Vodafone is also jumping the bandwagon as they announce their own App Store. The news was to be expected as competitor O2 (Telefonica) has been making a lot of noise around their Litmus App Store and T-Mobile and AT&T also have their App Stores in place.

Not only Glu's financial results for Q3 came to light, the company also had their quarterly earnings call in which a lot of questions popped up. We took a closer look and also asked several people to submit their (anonymous) expectations on what will happen to the mobile gaming giant.
