OnLive Streams Flash and Windows to iPad

The lack of Flash and decent Office apps seems to keep bothering stacks of consumers. To make the most of that group, OnLive has presented a new service in which the company will not stream games, but a full-blown Windows 7 environment.

GameStop to Stream to iPad

If rumours are right, game retail store GameStop is planning to stream games onto the Apple iPad. The company is rumoured to be working with GaiKai or OnLive to provide the service.

HTC Invests $40 Million in OnLive

HTC has bought 5.33 million shares prized $7,50 in OnLive, the cloud based gaming service. It is likely HTC made the investment to increase the quality of games that can be played on it’s handsets.

OnLive, the online gaming service in the US, has released a special viewer app for owners of the Apple iPad. The viewer allows players to see how others are performing during their playsessions.

iSwifter, the OnLive for Flash Gaming on iOS

iSwifter, a new service from incubator YouWeb, is streaming Flash games onto iOS platforms. Though no longer needed, they still feel to address the concerns Steve Jobs raised about Flash on iOS.
