Nokia and Microsoft just announced a strategic partnership in which Windows Phone 7 will become the principal smartphone OS for Nokia. Nokia is the first European device vendor to join Microsoft.

Microsoft to Offer Operator Billing in Windows Marketplace

Microsoft has closed an agreement with Mach to facilitate operator billing for the Windows Phone 7 Marketplace. As you could read this morning, Operator billing is highly popular in countries like The Netherlands.

Microsoft Questions ‘App Store’ Trademark

Consumers Start WP7 Petition for Global Marketplace

1.5 Million Windows Phone 7 Devices With Consumers and Retail

Microsoft Developing ARM Branch of Windows 7?

Paramount to Release Enhanced Movie Apps on WP7

Though it was communicated in time by Microsoft, recently developers started complaining that reporting and payments had not been made available yet. It seems Microsoft has been working extra hard as payments will come one month ahead of schedule.

Microsoft to Re-Lock Unlocked Devices
