Microsoft and Intel Plan 32 Tablets for 2012

By the end of this year, Microsoft and Intel have planned to have 32 Windows 8 based tablets in the market. The tablets come from HP, Dell, Lenovo, Acer, Asus and Toshiba.

IDC: Samsung Beats Nokia in Europe

Samsung is the new market leader in Europe. They have beaten the Finnish with a mere 1% in market share. Samsung sold 29% of all mobile phones in Q1. Nokia did ‘just’ 28% in the same quarter.

China-mobile China Mobile has been reported to have bought 5 million iPhones from Apple for the 'special' price of $ 1.46 billion. Good news for iPhone developers who will see even more consumers enter the App Store.
