Apple to Sue Amazon Over App Store

Digital Chocolate Sues Zynga over Maffia Wars IP

Digital Chocolate has announced that the company will sue Zynga over the use of the name Maffia Wars. According to DC, Zynga claimed the trademark while DC’s game was already out under the same name.

Apple Awaits First iPad Based Class Action Lawsuit

A group of three iPad owners have decided to start a class action lawsuit versus Apple because the device overheats too easy in the sun. As a result, they think Apple can’t claim that the iPad is an e-reader.

Dutch Consumer Authority Sues Vodafone and T-Mobile

Dutch consumer authority ‘Consumentenbond’ has prepared a lawsuit against Vodafone and T-Mobile over the (ab)use of Premium SMS as a billing system. Operators don’t take enough responsibility according to the organization.

Storm8 Games Pulled from App Store
