According to TechCrunch, mobile social gaming startup Wild Needle Games has picked up a $3 million investment. Playdom co-founder Rick Thompson has been identified as one of the executives behind the company.

iFund backed iOS developer ngmoco has signed up a new investor; Google Ventures. The amount that Google is investing in the company is unknown as well as the terms under which they received the funding. Android could have to do with it though.

Glu Collects $13.5 Million Through Private Placement

Yesterday, Glu has sold 13,495,000 new shares on the market at around $1.00. These shares have been bought by existing and ten new investors and give the company some new capital to work with.

Google’s Schmidt Invests in PocketGear.com
