Following a strategic relationship of about two years between both companies, IGT has announced that it acquired Million-2-1. As a result, IGT announced restructuring plans as well.

Million-2-1 Signs Distribution Agreement with Rank

Millioin-2-1 has announced that the company will be distributing it's mobile gambling games on Rank's network (one of UK's bigger gaming operators in the gambling market).
