MWC: Nokia and Adobe Launch $10 Million Fund

Nokia and Adobe announced the creation of the $10 million Open Screen Project fund, which is designed to help developers create applications and services for mobile, desktop, and consumer electronics devices using the Adobe Flash platform.

No Silverlight on iPhone for Now

Following the statement that Adobe has flash ready and awaiting Appla’s approval to launch, Microsoft has also taken a shot at getting Silverlight on the iPhone and iPod Touch. Guess what!? Microsoft receives the same treatment as Adobe, a clear NO!

Zed Acquires Mobitween

Zed seems to start focusing at Flash Lite. Though that market still hasn’t fully taken off, the distributor bought Mobitween, one of the biggest Flash Lite developers today.
