Apple has started to sell iPhones in the US without the obligation to enter into a new contract with operator AT&T. The iPhones will however be simlocked to the AT&T network.

Apple Opens App Store for iPad

Starting last Friday, developers can start uploading their iPad apps to the app store. With a bit of luck, approval will be fast enough to have the apps available at the launch of the device.
