Google to Split Android

According to rumors, Google has plans to split Android up. That way, consumers can get access to API’s of future Android versions without having to wait for vendors and operators to make new firmware available.

Palm Updates SDK and WebOS

Palm has released WebOS Mojo SDK 1.3.1. With this release, the company is adding full support for the new Palm Pixi that will be hitting the shelves before this Christmas.

Unity Engine Causes App Store Headaches

Just before the weekend, a number of developers saw their mobile games being booted off the App Store by Apple. The problem? They used Unity Platform and Unity was breaching its contract with Apple by supporting undocumented API’s.

Gbanga Goes Beta

Microsoft Releases Windows Mobile 6.5 SDK

I have to admit that since I installed Windows Mobile 6.5 on my HTC Touch Pro, I am finally satisfied with the platform (and actually feel like a happy WM user for the first time). Now, the company has released their 6.5 SDK.
