Google: Android Apps not Illegal

Google responded to Tweakers.net about the claims from EU commissioner Viviane Reding about Android apps illegally sharing data with advertisers. Google states the claim is wrong as Android doesn’t handle data the way Viviane explains it.

(Hardly) No More Ads in MGB’s RSS

Based on user feedback, we have removed the adverts from our RSS feed. Since this was a bit hard to configure, we have a workaround in place that will remove ads in 99% of the cases.
