Mogees Acquires Berrystore

Mobile billing provider Mogees has announced the acquisition of Berrystore. Berrystore is an App Store like sales channel that is aimed at the BlackBerry platform. Unlike RIM?s official BlackBerry World shop, Berrystore offers more variation in pricing levels.

Eidos to be Acquired in May

Square Enix and Eidos have announced that the companies have agreed on the acquisition of Eidos by Square Enix. When the formalities are over, the companies expect the acquisition to be official by the end of May.
