China Finally Allows Google to Acquire Motorola Mobility

Following grants from the EU and US, China now also approved the acquisition of Motorola Mobility by Google. With this final approval in the pocket, Google can proceed with its plans to acquire Motorola Mobility for its IP and probably put the rest of Motorola Mobility back on sale ;-).

Samsung Preparing for a Mobile Acquisition!?

Samsung is planning to take over a mobile company. Though it is unknown which company Samsung is to acquire, it won’t be RIM. Or at least that’s what Samsung’s mobile president J.K. Shin said in an interview with the Wall Street Journal.

Gree Acquires Funzio for $210m

Gree has completed a new acquisition in the US market. Funzio, an outfit specialized in hardcore cross-platform social games, has been acquired by Gree for $210 million.

Zynga Paid $180.000.000 for OMGPOP

Symantec Acquires Nukona
