Some months ago, Symbian launched a public Beta for their development site. Though the team says it is still far from finished, the site is now in public beta stage.
This means that everyone interested can now sign up for their developer portal. Currently only registered users can browse the portal, but a message on the site hints to anonymous browsing in the future.
