A big chance in the North American operator landscape as Sprint has acquired Virgin Mobile USA to increase the position of it's Boost Mobile brand in the prepaid market.
In total, Sprint has put $483 million on the table for the acquisition. Virgin's chief executive, Dan Schulman, will be running the whole prepaid business.
Content wise, it is likely that the channels will be merged, or one channel will simply be abandoned. What will exactly happen is unknown at this time.
