Sonic Boom announced the appointments of Josh Grant as the Chief Operating Officer and Lou Fasulo as the Senior Vice President of Publishing. Through these appointments and recent move to an expanded office space, David Danon, CEO of Sonic Boom, is committed to investing in the company’s growth.
Grant takes the reins in driving Sonic Boom’s profitability while overseeing the company’s publishing, product development, and post-production. Grant joins Danon in shaping the company’s vision and priorities. Grant was previously the Vice President of Content Strategy and Acquisition at Vivendi Games Mobile. Prior to Vivendi, he was a Senior Associate at Argo Global Capital, and started his career in investment banking at Merrill Lynch.
"Sonic Boom is poised to make major moves in the digital entertainment arena, well beyond its success in publishing music and lifestyle products," said Grant. "iPhone, Android, and cross-platform integration are just part of the equation as we aggressively extend our footprint."
Fasulo oversees the company’s marketing, sales and business development. Prior to Sonic Boom, Fasulo was Vice President of Distribution at Vivendi Games Mobile where he led sales and partner management to achieve the #6 sales ranking in North America. He previously held management positions at AT&T Mobility (formerly Cingular Wireless), and oversaw content acquisition and product management of games and applications.
