Remember the good old Gamespot Mobile part from a few years back? It was coming from the acquired Wgamer site that involved reviewer Steve Palley. Now, he made a new deal with them based on his site Slide to Play.
The big difference between the deals is ownership. Steve remains in charge of Slide to Play and will allow Gamespot to aggregate a part of it's review database.
“We are thrilled to be GameSpot's launch partner for its new iPhone gaming initiative,” said STP Founder and General Manager Steve Palley. “iPhone gaming is here to stay, and this new hub on the world's biggest and best gaming site is icing on the cake. We are honored that GameSpot chose us to introduce its global readership to this exciting new platform.”
"We know GameSpot's readers want to be well-informed about the thousands of games on the App Store,” said Andrew Podolsky, STP's Editor In Chief. “We're confident that our reviews are the best way to guide them to the games they're looking for."
Congratulations
