Samsung’s Galaxy S is probably the mobile phone with the most powerful GPU to date. The PowerVR SGX540-gpu can calculate up to 90 million triangles per second.
With this number of triangles, it is apparently beating the nearest competitor three times. The GPU of the QSD8250 is a Qualcomm product from their Snapdragon line. To compare, the iPhone 3GS can calculate up to 28 million triangles per second.
