While our readers in the US probably already have a Playbook laying around, RIM has now announced in which countries their tablet computer will be selling next.
In this second wave of distribution, RIM will start selling the Playbook in the UK, Spain, France, Netherlands, Germany, Italy, Saudi Arabia, The Emirates, India, Hong Kong, Singapore, Indonesia, Australia, Mexico, Colombia and Venezuela. We aren’t sure if all countries will be launching the device on the same day, but the Dutch launch is on Thursday 16th of June. Visit RIM’s developer site here.
