RIM Launches In-App Payments

Though Google is still preparing the launch of in-app payments, BlackBerry seems to have taken the lead over them by launching in-app billing support on BlackBerry App World.

The launch of in-app billing happened with the 2.1 update of App World. In-app billing support the same billing systems as the regular billing options as well as the same economics.
