Research in Motion has announced the acquisition of Cellmania to strengthen its knowhow in running BlackBerry AppWorld. Cellmania already provides content services for several operators.
With the acquisition, the focus of the company will become to increase performance of BlackBerry AppWorld, but they also have to at least serve out the contracts they have with other portals they are managing.
