Indian entertainment investment group Reliance ANA Group has acquired 50% of the shares in Codemasters. Codemasters (with studios in the UK and NL) needs the investment to continue.
The reason for that is because Codemasters had already reduced their company due to the economic climate. With the investment, the company can start to prepare itself for a more stable future. Reliance will put the acquired shares under their gaming division label Zapak.
