With Christmas around the corner, a hundred staff members from Real Networks heard they have to start looking for a new job due to redundancy in the company.
These redundancies are mainly in newly acquired companies from the past two years. From the main office in Seattle, 35 staff members will be fired while in the rest of the world, 65 other staff members will loose their jobs. As far as we noticed, the mobile games division, Mr Goodliving, will not be effected by any job cuts, but WiderThan, Altrativa and GameTrust will.
