We expected it for a long time, but Microsof't Project Pink seems to be all about the first official Microsoft mobile phones (not counting the Sidekick's from Danger which got acquired by MS).
The first two phones (Turtle and Pure) will be aimed at social networks and a young consumer base. The phones don't have the business like design you'd expect from vendors like HTC, but do carry a full qwerty keypad. Also unclear is the OS. Rumours say the phones will be connected to the Zune Marketplace, but Windows 7 might be more obvious.
