Price Cuts for PSPgo

October 25th, 2010 by Arjan Olsder Posted in Platforms: PSP Minis | No Comments »

Sony has started with price cuts for the PSPgo. The price of the non-UMD device has been cut to $200 in the US and to ¥16,800 in Japan. EU pricing is unaffected as it seems.

The device has been struggling for sales ever since it has launched and is now competing with Apple’s iPhone as the PSP hardware is getting outdated. Also, rumors on the new PSP2 are floating around the web so this could be a sign that Sony has started clearing their warehouses.
