It seems KPN has secured Palm Pre distribution for The Netherlands. A weblog called MobileCowboys found out that the device is listed as supported on one of their MVNO labels.
The label in question is 'hi'. It is an MVNO aimed at students. Their customer service site shows a number of brands and when clicking on Palm, the Pre shows up. We don't know if this is an exclusive deal, but time will tell.
