Player X Licensed Cartoon Network Titles

PlayerxNot only Smashing Ideas will be launching games based on Turner’s Cartoon Network portfolio, but Player X will start launching a number of titles as well.

In the past, Cartoon Network mobile games where developed and published by Glu. These days, the licenses are split up. Player X will now be responsible for development and publishing mobile games in the UK, Germany and Russia.

“We’re really pleased to have extended our relationship with Turner and look forward to selling these games all around Europe,” said Tony Pearce, Player X’s CEO.

Joe Braman, director of mobile sales at Turner Broadcasting, said: “We’re delighted to extend our relationship with Player X and look forward to these great games hitting the market.”
