Player X and Fremantle continue to expand

October 6th, 2006 by Arjan Olsder Posted in Brand Licensing | No Comments »

Player X just listed yet another TV show to it’s range of successful mobile games as it announced it will sell “Sale of the century”. Support for this title is a bit remarkable as the show has been broadcasted a real long time ago which might mean that a big part of the mobile games will probably not recognize it directly.

"Our partnership with Player X will extend the Sale Of The Century brand presence to masses of fans familiar with the show as well as a much broader base of consumers who are simply looking for a fun and interactive game to play on their mobile phones," said Dominic Burns, Vice President, Licensing, UK, FremantleMedia Licensing Worldwide.

"This is the latest in a line of FremantleMedia TV gameshows that we have brought to mobile and Sale Of The Century is a classic of its kind. We’re confident that Sale Of The Century will follow this proud tradition," said Tony Pearce, Player X CEO.

The game will host 400 unique questions to test the consumer and be targeted at Europe and Australia.
