Ovi’s growth keeps progressing as the store is currently generating 3.5 million downloads a day according to Distimo. 92 Ovi publishers generated over one million downloads right now.
Looking at the announcements of the Ovi download numbers, we see the average number of daily downloads is growing with 500.000 a month. This clearly shows more and more consumers are finding their ways into Ovi.
The average ovi user downloads 8.5 apps a month which is still behind on Apple. of the 3.5 million downloads, 1.4 million are games.
