O2 UK's answer to the ever popular App Store from Apple is finally there as the company makes available O2 Litmus to a select group of consumers.
Litmus is a bless for all those consumers that try to get some great games on their smartphones. Litmus supports Windows Mobile, Symbian, J2me, Flash Lite, BlackBerry and Linux applications which will be made available directly through developers.
Just like the App Store, consumers can rate the offering in order to inform fellow consumers about the quality. A funny detail noted by PocketGamer is the fact that Litmus allows consumers to pay in Dollars, Euros and Pounds. This while Litmus is UK only at the moment. If successful, Telefonica will roll the platform out to 24 other markets as well.
Congratulations
