With the world cup coming up this summer, Nokia and Pepsi started preparing their marketing and sales efforts with the release of a dedicated football (or soccer) channel on the Ovi Store.
The dedicated channel will not only offer apps and games, but also video’s, music and more. One of the big content providers is Pepsi which offers their ‘Oh Africa’ anthem as well as branded wallpapers and themes.
To make the channel more attractive to consumers, they can also dig into a plethora of football information and news.
