NGS: Market Problems Continue

Speaking to Reuters, Nokia's head of gaming Jaakko Kaidesoja explained his view at the current problems faced by the mobile games industry, and his vision on the future of them.

"This year is as tough or even tougher. There are hiccups in Western Europe, North America," Jaakko Kaidesoja, head of Nokia's gaming operations. "We expect challenging times to continue. The overall gaming market is likely not growing".

Jaakko does admit that growth of the mobile gaming market is likely for the iPhone platform as well as the N-Gage. For growth of the N-Gage market, Jaakko is mainly looking at expansion in Asia.

      Yes Globaly mobile gaming market isnot performing but in some countries its really growing rapidely.
