It seems Microsoft is further beefing up the Windows Phone 8 functionality offering. The company is set to integrate NFC in its OS to support mobile billing and a host of other cool stuff the guys at Nokia are currently working out.
At the same time, Microsoft is set to integrate its (nearly) newlybought IM Skype into Windows Phone 8, scaling it up for the business consumer (since most kids are still hooked on Windows Live Messenger). I personally wish they would do proper integration of WhatsApp instead.
By the way, Microsoft added 5 new markets to the Windows Phone Marketplace today: Argentina, Indonesia, Malaysia, Peru, and the Philippines.
