BlueGem and MPS Venture have taken a controling stake in mobile content and services distributor Neo Mobile. They replace Teleunit who used to be the major shareholder.
Though the sum is not disclosed, the company will be using the fresh money to further expand into the market. It already has 15 local offices around the world.
