It seems the introduction of Windows Phone 7 Series will not be the end of Windows Mobile 6.5. According to a Microsoft spokesman, both platforms will continue to sell in 2011.
Windows Mobile 6.5 will be more targeted at the business consumer since many productivity apps will not be transferred to Windows Phone 7 Series that easy. Also with the social elements of Windows Phone 7 Series, that OS will probably be aimed more at mainstream consumers.
