Cometa Wireless is a well established mobile games and content provider in the Indonesian market. Today, they announced that they will team up with End2End to supply their Indonesian operator channels.
End2End will be handling all games sourcing, hosting, settlements and operations for Cometa, and in addition End2end will be managing the content retail management and retail promotions of all games to the Indonesian mobile operators’ customer base.
The Cometa games portal, which will be dedicated to both pre- and post-paid customers, will incorporate End2End’s wrapper technology Smart Pricing, which moves the point of payment into a game and thus allows for more flexible payment offerings. Smart Pricing thus makes way to create bundles, discounts and campaigns using various payments such as rental, subscription, try-before-you-buy, pay-per-play as well as full game buy.
“With fully outsourcing the Cometa games portal to End2End we have ensured that our mobile operator customers and Cometa have a dedicated and experienced team serving our customers”, said Satria Dharmapala, General Manager of Cometa Mobile.
“End2End’s innovative Smart Pricing technology and active and innovative retail activities, in collaboration with Cometa, will ensure that operator customers can afford to play any mobile game, at any time”, said Cindy Zaini, Managing Director of Cometa Mobile.
Bernadette Lyons, End2End VAS Managing Director said, “Pre-paid customers, who often have less money to spend, are effectively excluded from buying mobile games. With our Smart Pricing technology and active retail marketing approach we can ensure that both pre- and post-paid customers can now afford any game they like for a price-point that fits their wallet.
